The whole orange being sectarian thing really gets on my tits, it's used as another stick to beat us with by saying it's a homage to the OO,  and the House of Orange, but what is wrong with that ? if they were to actually take time to find out then they would realize that yes the OO promotes the Protestant faith but just as importantly it also promotes freedom of religion  and that is what King  Willam fought for, freedom to practice whatever religion is your preference and not to be subjugated to the dicatats of Rome , but that doesn't suit their argument so just change the narrative and sadly we collectively over time and apathy have allowed it to become fact.
