When are the board going to get their thick heads around the fact that trying to play pretty football doesn’t work in Scotland? We don’t have the players, we don’t have the money to sign the quality of players needed and even if we did they would be too weak and get bullied week in week out.

I think his value at the moment is anywhere between 500k-750k and at that he'd definitely be worth a shot because he has the potential for improvement and given time could become the consistent 20-30 or more per season goalscorer we require.

Dunno why everyone is desperate for a big name.  Walter wasnt a big name when he stepped up and I'm sure he had tough times in the beginning. And frankly, half the big names mentioned with us historically have been proven as utter dog shit.  Pardew has done nothing of note except 1 Newcastle season and De Boer was an unmitigated disaster at Palace in British football.  So many random average shit managers end up on big money on the merry go round - Mark Hughes is another one.
Give Murty till the end of the season and judge him over the entire piece.  The same people crowing for a big name and belittling Murty would have been saying the job must be his if Morelos had scored to make it 3-2 and we went into win on Sunday.  Settle down and re-evaluate at season's end with the full picture and a broader range of data. 
A big measure of a Rangers manager is how his team responds to a tough result - let's see how we cope.  Hiring a succesful manager from a mid table team brings no guarantees - working with a team expected to finish 1st and 2nd minimum is a totally different ball game.

Just proved the manager was the root cause of the problem (Thanks to the clowns who appointed him). He hadn't a clue how to manage a massive club and his man management style was howling 
Funny how there was never any bother under Walter, McCoist, McCall or Warburton. Every manager who's had him, every coach and ex teammate have all commented on his professionalism and effort to the cause. Today that shone through and we actually looked like a team again.
Hope some folk are not so quick to throw a guy under a bus next time who's won us titles and scored umpteen important goals too. 
 

At 37 Kenny Miller is not going to be the answer every time. He may be better coming on from the bench or being rested and coming in for big games but he can still do a job for our club.

That aside that performance today was what we’ve been crying out for - that’s what a back to basics competent manager brings you. 
The second half we had belief and fight which is all we’ve been lacking .. that and some basic organisational skills 
I’m not a fan of his overall but wee Holt was superb covered every blade and was winning 50-50’s with ease

but to end on a positive young McCrorie was superb a mature showing - couple of stray passes aside. Him and Alves need to play for an understanding to develop imo
