Looks more like a classic carol concert at christmas!

Hi All, 
It gives me great sadness to announce the passing of one of our own, Ben (@ben51 / @GabrielTomato / @Clemdog) yesterday. 
As you may have been aware from his posts on it on this board, Ben has been battling his demons for a period of time and sadly yesterday he succumbed to them. 
We are devastated to lose Ben. He was a funny, caring and intelligent young man who has been lost to the world far too soon. I know many people on this board knew Ben in person and will be very upset by this. 
Please hold your nearest and dearest close to you. Please reach out if you are struggling and please also ask people in your circle if they are struggling. Use the Mind Matters section as openly as you want to - something that Ben was a huge advocate of.

A couple of contenders for the Scott Allan Pass of the Season Award but I think Lammers through ball for Dessers for Sima 2nd goal claims it so far…

Am sure I won't be saying anything that hasn't been said but that was an absolute fuckin shitshow tonight. They are one of the worst teams I have seen us play and they still beat us. Absolute embarrassment - get a manager in and get this sorted. Can only feel sorry for Davis he's been put in an impossible position really and he's probably just too nice for this situation.

People just love to moan, that's what I've taken out the last couple of days on this thread! The guy has pretty much made himself the 1st name on the on the teamsheet, we sorely miss him when he doesn't start and tends to set the tone of our play. But aye moan about him going down too easy, am sure the same people will moan that we are no good at the 'dark arts'........

I’d also say read threads on here and you get the general point the at a lot of social media and posters on forums are clueless.
Lammers was like laudrup one week and absolutely shocking and a waste of money the next.
there is literally no middle ground with anything or anyone.
if we win on Wednesday then whoever scores will be the best thing ever and the squad is brilliant. Few games later and they’ll all be shite again.
danillo and dessers being wrote off after cameos and dessers admitting he’s behind in terms of fitness.
danillo had a pre season so really should’ve started Saturday and servette and then dessers v livi on Saturday.
I think people need to have a bit of perspective

Definitely in the minority but I don't hate Ben Davies. 

I think we should keep him, unless we get an offer that is too good to turn down. There's already going to be huge upheaval, but we still need squad players who can perform well enough against the guff in the league, Fashion Jr fits that role just fine

The most positive thing for me (apart from the result obviously) was that his first two signings stood head and shoulders above everyone else.
If his track record on future signings is anywhere near this successful, we’ll all be delighted.
And a special mention for Souttar. Playing on his “wrong” side but strolled it and got himself a goal too. Another who will benefit from a good pre-season and be even stronger next season.

He was good today, ran himself into the ground. Certainly has the right attitude, hoping a good preseason propels him next season.
Also, the enjoyed the bit where Tillman was getting treated and one of the Japanese players went to get water from the physio bag, Cantwell stopped him and moved the bag lol

I'd take him over the shite like Kent, Wright, Matondo and to a lesser extent Sakala.
He's one of our better talents and I don't trust the club to bring in someone as good.
Be stupidity if we had the chance and decided against it but then nothing would shock me.
