No I never thought he would be and never got why so many got onboard for a manager who was failing at QPR.

This one game of the season nonsense has to stop as well he got us fucked out of two cups last year with his ridiculous team selections and formations.

And it’s not just one game. It’s half a season he’s had, and fucked every big game he’s been in with bad decisions. 

I don’t think many are saying bin him now, but there’s definitely a swell of folks going back to their original position of not wanting him in the first place.

The pre-season friendlies everyone was ‘over reacting’ to, were played in the exact same manner Saturday was. Rudderless, disjointed, slow, and without a clear identity. People were / are right to point that out.

Blaming the pitch is a cheap excuse.

The guy seems a great coach by all accounts, players and other managers have commened on that. I would have said 'yes, he'll come good' but insead of building on last season we seem to have regressed to a bunch of strangers with no idea or plan on the park.

Needs to come up with a plan quickly because the next two opponents are going to do exactly what Kilmarnock did at the weekend and he looked like he had no answer for it whatsoever.

Not just that. Plenty of mates at Kilmarnock who said in general it was very flat, and were far from complimentary about him.

He's now lost more domestic matches than Gio, and it took Gio nearly an entire year of management to lose a non-OF game (St Johnstone), whereas we've now lost twice to Aberdeen and Kilmarnock.

First opening day defeat for 25 years.

There are mitigating circumstances for some of the above, and we did win the league in 98/99, but the signs aren't looking good.

When your only rivals for the title only lost three games last season, losing 33% of their total in the first game of this season is a big problem.

I’d also say read threads on here and you get the general point the at a lot of social media and posters on forums are clueless.

Lammers was like laudrup one week and absolutely shocking and a waste of money the next.

there is literally no middle ground with anything or anyone.

if we win on Wednesday then whoever scores will be the best thing ever and the squad is brilliant. Few games later and they’ll all be shite again.

danillo and dessers being wrote off after cameos and dessers admitting he’s behind in terms of fitness.

danillo had a pre season so really should’ve started Saturday and servette and then dessers v livi on Saturday.

I think people need to have a bit of perspective
