    I’m all for the players sticking up for a popular staff member if they’ve been sacked unfairly. Don’t really care how important said staff members role is/was.
    Absolutely not having it as an excuse for our season being a shambles though. Clutching at straws in the extreme.

    Don't know what worries me more.
    The boards lack of spine to sack the fraudulent fuck or their shortlist on who to replace him with.
    Make no mistake about it, not many managers will touch this job. It's a fucking cancer just now.

    Think the support in general agree. With Pedro the anger was mainly aimed at the board for appointing him, here it's all aimed at Beale.

    Finishing 2nd in the Europa group wouldn’t bother me at all. Obviously I want us to top the group but I don’t see it having any impact on his future if we don’t as long as we go through.
    He’ll be judged on domestic form. Fall any further behind that mob before we play them again and he’s gone. Fail to win the League Cup which we’ve basically got a free hit at and he’s gone.
