Enjoyed the game more so the first half two cracking goals some really good passing at times . Where it was poor for me today at the start and especially second half were the amount of shoddy passes that lead to three counters leading to Goldson and Souttar twice nullifying the threat at the one on one . Cantwell I thought was poor today alongside Lammers despite his early contribution they are the two I had down for going off around 65-70 mins in . We really should be putting the game to bed whilst there are improvements after the last few weeks we are still prone to error strewn passes when in the clear of over or under hit efforts that really should be the simple ball at times it was there today but a lot of the second half was riddled with it had that been a better team we could easily have lost a goal or two and with PSV in mind we need to be far better than today and in the midweek game against PSV at Ibrox with two big games to come over the next eight days.

Chronic performance tonight despite progression still far too slow in the build up even though there has been a lot of changes for this season. The managers approach is still as predictable players are not showing anywhere near enough invention when coming out from defence with poor passing ,far too many touches after seeing a player when a simple lay off would suffice by which time they are closed out or snuffed out. The service has always been an Achilles heel across the deck out of defence as no one offers near enough in terms.of running off the ball or looking up for the big switch cancelling out an opposition front line of some four or more players instead the predictable back pass occurs that's fucking pathetic at this level. A good number of times tonight we had a player in space and the inevitable backpass dictates our approach not good enough even up front that first real counter attack from them leading to Butlanda save came off the back of shite passing around their 18 yd box on both sides before the counter occured when a more.incisive pass was needed to open them up rather than the usual fucking about going sideways when a diagonal ball into the box puts us through . There was a few glimpses.of all of the above gripes but as usual with Us it's all bit part disjointed build up and the goals we lose are as a direct result of this dithering in build up play we are not dominant enough but should be given the sometimes build up play that does produce an end product and goals .
