  1. He's two different people - Playing legend - Managing tragedy.
  2. Cool - that'll match my Alloa semi-final Petrofac Cup t-shirt.
  3. I think i've identified at least 2 tims. "Tam7272, BroadfootsNotSoCreepyGrin" Went on a cruise last week. Had no access to any Rangers news and was actually happy about it.
  4. Do you really think our fickle support would participate in such a stunt? Don't be thick.
  5. Sorry OP, but you're an Ally apologist. When Walter gave him the chance to run a team that was winning leagues, he struggled in the cups. We lost European games against inferior opposition. As mentioned, the tims overturned a 9 point deficit (fuck that 15 point bullshit) in December, not due to February admin. Popcorn teeth motivated his team. Ally didn't. He's signed lower level SPL players to beat 3rd and 4th level plumbers and electricians. When we've had big games in cups, we've lost. We're a play-off away from the SPL and we've lost as many good young players (Telfer) as we've developed (MacLeod). We've allowed multiple players to drag our name through the mud (Black betting scandal and Mohsni headbutting an opponent in a friendly), yet continued to select them as first choice. As much as Ally McCoist did for Rangers as a player - He's taken away as a manager. He can't manage - He should do walking away.
  6. It pains me that one of my all-time favorite Rangers has put me in a position to not only think negatively about him, but to dislike him at this time. Please Ally - to stick with the theme: You're not a poor boy Nobody loves you......
  7. Spencer was the assistant at Houston and did a good enough job to get the Portland Timbers manager job. Met him once at a local boys club training session. Seemed like a good guy and was definitely proud of his time at Rangers.
  8. So we're not saying he didn't say it, we're just saying because he's one of our all-inclusive, we'll back him. You can't make up quality PR spin like that.
  9. Sorry for losing track of the three ring circus, but who exactly are the Union of Fans? Who is it they'd like to own Rangers and who in particular is issuing these statements?
  10. He's the highest paid manager in Scotland. I'll pass on thanking him for doing us a favor.
  11. What is wrong with you? You must have made 8000 posts in about 3 weeks, saying the same shite on every thread. None stop mentions of Catholics, often when its irrelevant to the thread. If you really started going to games in the 70's, that puts you around 40. You need help or a hobby. By the way, if you're really a Rangers supporter, you're signature is a joke. The BB horse bolted ages ago, give it up.
  12. No other Rangers manager has lost a cup competition that included only lower league teams. Ally's managed it three times. To be fair though, even if he'd won it three times, the performances and lack of progress still mean he should leave.
  13. DJ said as much on Clyde last night. Defended Ally and when challenged on whether he was defending him because he was his pal, said yes. McCoist knows he doesn't have the backing of the fans, but what else is he going to say?
  14. Only in that he's backed Ally to get the job done, when we can clearly see he's not up to the job. Walter either can't spot a decent manager or is too loyal to see clearly. Certainly hope Walter isn't involved in finding Ally's replacement.
  15. Well that "Don't do walking away" thing came back to bite us on the arse. All along i've repeated that he doesn't know what he's doing. I've avoided joining in with those slating him for being greedy and selfish, but at this point, what else could it be? He's not up to the job and he won't be leaving without a payday. Sad days.
  16. We'd be broke. We need to get up to the top league and accept that we'll more than likely have to fight to get into the top six. Due to terrible management, when we finally make the move to a capable management team, we'll still be at least three years away from being competitive.
  17. He added: “I love the style we play and the fact the manager wants us to play football at all costs. That suits me because I don’t want to be watching the ball going over my head all the time. Says it all really. A 19 year-old can see it, but our "coaching" staff doesn't have a clue.
  18. We are all Ally's Dad - Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!
  19. Sorry to correct those saying unbelievable - That's the fucking problem, based on what we've seen the last three years, it's very much believable. Time's up Ally.
  20. Don't completely disagree, but he was standing unmarked right in front of Mohsni.
