On the subject of the ticket office, anyone else walk out shaking their head at the sub standard level of customer service on offer ? Granted I've had some decent/acceptable service but on the whole it's woeful for me. Seems like you're inconveniencing some of the staff when you ask for further info or availability etc

Tbf I never said accepting it. Im saying we are in the very early stages of moulding a team who can & will deal with situations better than they did today.

The more we play & train as a unit the better we will be at dealing with this type of adversity. The early signs are encouraging, so much more room for improvement which in itself is heartening.

Jack got clattered for a reason, May served his purpose coming on as a sub. Thought that incident unsettled us at a crucial point in game. Encouraging but need to be far more resilient.
