Not having that at all, Tillman's goal was not how we play, that was individual brilliance and not down to the way we play as a team. It didn't come from our long diagonal ball after being passed around the backline nor did it come from a Borna or Tav cross.

In his initial interview it sounded like he had a bit of Advocaat's style to him i.e. you want to stay on his good side, but he seems so placid and docile, there just appears to be no emotion.
Whatever he accomplished in his playing career the players don't look up to him or respect him in the dressing room. When that happens you are on your way out.

We have 2 players who are best playing as wingbacks as they are better at attacking than defending and Gio has turned them into fullbacks that rarely get up as far as they used to.
