MrMckee got a reaction from Blue Avenger in Ryan Kent - The most settled I have ever been at a club!
Spot on. Just trying to think what kind of a fee it would take to bring him here. My guess would be in the 3mil range with some kind of buy back clause for perhaps 10mil or a hefty sell on clause. I think Liverpool will see his potential to go on and do well in the game but think its quite unlikely he will make the first team there.

Need to get in early as there will be plenty after him if he keeps this form up and he's just going to get better. I love his ability, but his fucking commitment in games is a breath of fresh air. In saying that, the commitment shown from others in the scum game was a breath of, so maybe that Stevie G commitment shown as a player is rubbing off and giving us an added ingredient..
The combination of Gerrard and the club itself may just swing it and and quite a few sheckles from Dave of course.

Just seen he's signed for saints again. Hope he gets kicked off the park when we play them and he gets booed eveytime he touches the ball. Hate the cunt more than Ian Black.

MrMckee got a reaction from plymouthranger in Pena
I very much doubt he is an alcoholic. There is no way he wakes up with the shakes and has a pysical dependancy. He's just a footballer that likes to party at the weekends and probably have a couple beers in the week like most people. I'm sure people on here drink much much more then pena and they or other people wouldn't class themselves as alcoholics. He's obviously using his 'drink problem' to get out of putting much effort into his career with us in exchange to being paid handsomely.

Nice. Sounds like we are exploring the Eastern European Market for upcoming talent. Hopefully lead to some decent prospects coming in under the radar.

Love how he said 'he was the lucky one that got to' when on about laying a marker down. Good to know the boys was relishing the chance to get stuck in.

MrMckee got a reaction from WilliamMunny in Left Back Position
Have been really impressed with Halliday since Gerrard has come in but his last few performances at left back have been excpetional. Defensively has been sound and some of the balls he has put into the box from corners especially has been sublime. Borna has looked like he has great potential and offers a lot on the overlap going forward and has a great delivery too. He just seems to be a bit stop start at the minute and feel he needs a good run in the side for us to really see the best of him. Flanagan did alright initially in the Europa qualifiers but is clear he is not first choice or even second choice so can't see him starting games unless tav gets injured on the right. Anyway who is first choice? I think a fully fit borna will have to be unless he is poor once given a run of games but think he will be a massive player for us. Halliday is a great option to have in midfield too and will give everything no matter where he plays. How does everyone else see this position shaping up?

MrMckee reacted to coopsleftboot in No further punishment for Morelos
Here Chris, what about the barge to the ground by Alston on Morelos, or the fly kick by Christie on Morelos, or the straight legger on Goldson by Brown? All equally offences and perhaps even more so than the Morelos "incidents". What about them? Just for balance like? Yet none of them were deemed worthy of citation? I'd like to hear your reasons as to why not? Perhaps it really indicates the true bias when you look at the stats and find Rangers are cited more than any other club and substantially more than celtic. He's a pus-filled stain on scottish society.

MrMckee got a reaction from BlueKnight87 in No further punishment for Morelos
Chris Sutton has slammed the SFA decision to not punish Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos retrospectively from the Old Firm clash against celtic at Ibrox.
In his column in the Daily Record he says that it’s a “stitch up to stop celtic” and that it looks like they “want Rangers to win the league”.
“Make no mistake, the referee and the SFA, have done the Ibrox club a massive favour by letting Alfredo Morelos off the hook,” Sutton said.
“They’ve also made Scottish football look like a stitch up.
“A friend of mine called on Thursday afternoon after the decision was announced and said, ‘I know there are all these conspiracies in Scottish football, but letting Morelos off just makes it looks like the SFA want Rangers to win the league’.
“I had no answer to him. What could I say? That’s exactly what it looks like.
“It would have been a travesty if celtic got anything from the game last week. But it’s a bigger travesty Morelos has managed to get off scot free.”
