Been said for a while now that the team needs a real gutting like it did back in 2016 after failing to get promotion.

Hindsight is a crazy thing tbh. Thinking back, is it any wonder we got back into the title “race”. We were 7-9 behind, essentially written off the league season in November and just played with relative freedom. Suddenly we go top, stutter and within 20 seconds of an Old firm that statistically if you win it, you more than likely win the league, we choke and put in a first half performance reminiscent of Murty and Caixinha. 
 
All the plaudits possible for a home Old Firm draw, deep down knowing that every game was now a must win and to avoid defeat at Parkhead. Lo and behold, the first nitty gritty must win game in an actual title race which would see us go top after Wednesday and they choke. 
 
People will give it aye they’ve won cup finals, it was still a title race 4 weeks ago etc. Aye it was, look what happened then, had a chance to put pressure on them and got bodied off Motherwell. 
 
The senior leadership group (lol) are happy playing second fiddle. Delighted to just get back into it, winning it? Out of the question entirely.

If its not physical then it's mental, regardless if you can't match the effort and running of Ross County then you don't deserve to play for Rangers.

Today at half time Sterling should have been on to stiffen midfield yet some think it’s about tiredness, managing minutes, sports science and whatever else.
 
 

I think we all have to take a breath and remember that PC has dragged us back into a title race, delivered a cup, and the last 16 in Europe.
The season was done by September, and he’s pulled us to a point where we’re raging we haven’t won the league - and he’s been let down by the guys that always let us down in pressure moments.
Hopefully rebuilds over the summer, and gets the serial bottlers Tav, Goldson, Borna, Lundstram are binned.
And the guys on huge wages who offer nothing are moved on - Roofe, Davies, Jack, Matondo.
