Niki Lauda has sadly passed away, Formula 1 Legend, Man was given last rites in 1976 after a horrific crash in which he suffered 3rd degree burns yet just 40 days later he was back in the cockpit racing for Ferrari whilst still covered in bandages Ffs, Heart of a Lion IMO, R.I.P Niki, GBNF

And to be fair to Clarke even though he's a prick we might actually be able to fucking beat Kilmarnock again. Feels terrible saying that😫

A few weeks ago a close mate of mines @Mr Sopranouncle passed away suddenly and this left a young boy without a father.
Rangers have found out about this and have issued him with an invite to be their special guest on a tour of the stadium with no cost. Ryan Jack has also hand signed the letter and from.what I hear when these things have been done in the past the player will be there to meet the person they've invited.
So for that young boy that will be immense meeting one of our arguably best and most consistent performers who also scored a winner v them.
It's not much and won't take the boys pain away but what a gesture and when I was shown the letter then hand signed non generic print signature actually give it a pretty sincere feeling.
We get slaughtered for a lot of things but for me that was a pretty moving thing to do for a young boy who'll be feeling pretty lost just now.
    Well done The Rangers 🇬🇧

FIVE Academy players will depart the club this summer to play their football elsewhere.
Kyle Bradley, Myles Beerman, Liam Burt and Scott Gray will all move on from the Reserve squad while Jay Mack will move on from the under-18 group.
The Rangers Academy will help each of the players with an action plan to try to maximise their choices in the next step in their careers.  The players will now spend time with Academy staff to ensure they are supported and do not feel isolated in making the next step in their professional development.

    Bury fan here
Been following this thread for a while and thought i would give a honest opinion on what I have seen of Rossiter
I have been at every game Jordan has played and he has been absolute class for us. Reads the game brilliantly and his positional awareness is fantastic, got a great engine on him and despite only being small in stature he is rock solid in the tackle. He breaks up play very well and has provided a defensive shield we was missing. If he can stay fit you potentially have a serious player on your hands
Comparisons to Gerrard are way off though, totally different players. SG was a box to box savage and had everything, Rossiter on the other hand is very defensive minded. He is not going to be spreading 50 yard balls and creating much but as a defensive midfielder he is everything you want
I cant say if he is good enough for Rangers or what you need in midfield but he is far to good for league two in England. Would comfortably be a solid Championship midfielder IMO
I had a quick chat with him after we won promotion at Tranmere ( he was immense again and probably had his best game for us) and he seems to have his heart set on going back to Glasgow injury free and making a good go of it. He actually said he owes Rangers after the way he has been treated up there on and off the pitch. He could not have spoke higher about Rangers than what he did. Lovely down to earth lad aswel
Wish him all the best. He has played a massive part in our promotion and will always be more than welcome by everyone at Bury F.C

He was poor but to be fair to him that was only his second game in 6 weeks and his first in nearly 3 weeks and that was that half he had against Hamilton were he made a couple of mistakes and was bombed out.

In the league we've won 71% of our games with Katic starting compared to only 58% with Worrall starting. It doesn't work out this way but over 38 games that's about 5 wins of a difference.
He's bang on about the two losses, one at parkhead and the other in Moscow. In terms of the league starts though with Katic we lost 1 in 17 starts (6%) and with Worrall 3 defeats in 19 (15%). Again over 38 games that's a difference of 3 defeats over a season.
The other stat that caught my eye was that in Katic's 28 starts we conceded 2 or more twice (7%) and in Worrall's 29 starts we conceded 2 or more five times (17%).
It might seem like fractions and that Worrall wasn't so bad but it's these small differences that could have meant we were going into Sunday with at least a chance of winning the league.

Powerful stats - "However when I add it up, I played 30 games in all competitions this season. We didn't concede in 15 of those games and only lost twice.

Fantastic decision by the club. The more Rangers fans at Ibrox for big games the better. The people who say it ruins the "atmosphere" talk out their arse as well. Ibrox has been buzzing both games vs them. Out of the 4 games it's definetely hindered them more than us.

Let's be realistic, they're not getting papped out by a fiddly team first couple of rounds. Best thing is if they get good long trips every second Thursday, win home and away first couple of rounds (association coefficient points) then get papped out by someone like Dinamo Zagreb in the playoffs. Best case scenario they win 7 lose 1 and go out, that way they gain 1.75 points for the national coefficient in the qualifiers, but don't get the CL cash.

It's the comeback of choice for those who have nothing to back up their point of view. Just throw out the term and don't listen to what's being said. Works a treat for them.

Coincidentally a magic word trotted out by those in the media who are celtic minded, and use it whenever we make a valid point regarding the differences in treatment.
Tom English likes to use it in particular.
We do need to start getting tore into them and to hell with how it's perceived.

We probably know he isn't our first choice left back going forward but he puts in a shift and deserves the shirt just now.
Another one like Andy Halliday who has went away and fought for his Rangers career and is reaping the rewards. Any player who can do that get's respect in my book.
