The Gerrard has signed some shite argument is so dumb, he’s signed about 40 players, naturally there will be some duds - no manager has a 100% success rate on players they’ve signed.
And also, there have been more good signings than bad.

McCann speaks some sense in the RTV studio now people want him to replace Gerrard
Kevin Thomson manages in League One or whatever and people want him to replace Gerrard
Beale isn’t a manager, he’s an assistant manager and he’ll go wherever Gerrard goes.
If he goes, we need a proper manager.

A get that n a post above gets away Scot free with suggesting Gattuso and Nuno Esporito Santo 😂
Gattuso is a decent manager, Nuno is too

If you suggest Graham Potter you should be banned btw

Wouldn’t appoint any of them if it was done to me. We need to be going with a logical, outside the box appointment i.e. Gerrard. Those names just fling me back to Pedro/Murty/McCall era.
Lampard finished top 4 in the prem… with a pretty poor Chelsea team by their standards and Dean Smith finished in the top half of the prem last season…

I took Steven Gerrard at face value when he said he was now a "two club man" and that hasn't changed.
Everyone knows his main goal is to be Liverpool manager and he’ll know if he gets top half finishes with Aston Villa then the Liverpool job is 100% his when Klopp goes, I don’t think he gets the LFC job without Prem experience unless they were desperate.

Rangers next manager odds:
Gary McAllister 2/1
Frank Lampard 4/1
John Terry 6/1
Michael O’Neil 10/1
Dean Smith 14/1
Alex Neil 16/1
Steve Bruce 18/1
That list is horrific viewing to me.
I’d be very happy with Lampard or Smith

I feel sick thinking about some of the names that will be thrown around if he goes

It’s really starting to seem like it’s going to happen… Danish manager just ruled himself out of the Villa job.

Does his record in Europe make up for not winning any of the cups ?
Financially yes, we need Europe more than we need cups… financially

Born in Wales to Scottish parents. Dad and all his side are Rangers, so I’ve been Rangers since birth really.
Went through spells as a kid where I classed Swansea as my second team but that was just because I could go and watch them on the odd occasion.
First game was Dundee United at home in 2004… 1-1 draw lol.

Gio or Billy Davies for me.
Don't see Gerrard going anytime soon though tbh
You cannot be serious with Billy Davies

Gattuso would be mental

Beale would be first choice but would be interested in Farke or Potter.
Don’t think there is any candidate in Scotland that could handle taking on from SG.
Potter? There is absolutely zero chance of that, sadly.

Look at the difference in Chelsea since he left champions of Europe as well. All achived under a proper management team
Oh yeah no doubt Tuchel is a level above Lampard, he’s a level above 99% of managers… but we’re not trying to win the UCL. Lampard would be an amazing replacement.

Haven't listened to any of his interviews lately have you?
Had the highest budget in the Championship only to fail in a playoff final.
Anyone taking the Chelsea job is basically guaranteed a Champions League spot.
Don't rate him.
You’re definitely not guaranteed a UCL spot just because of your squad in EPL, there’s 7 teams all going for 4 spots.
Not to mention the fact Hazard left the summer he joined and he couldn’t replace him due to an embargo.

Beale will 1000% go wherever Gerrard goes btw

Wouldn't go anywhere near Lampard imo.
Why? Play off final in his first season in management, UCL spot in EPL in his second season of management with zero signings.

Think Martinez will take the job but fwiw this is Gerrards last season here imo.
I think he’ll want to manage us in the UCL next season before he goes
