How the fuck did we manage to bring McGregor in on a free? The shit he's pulled off so far this season is just absolutely ridiculous, we'd honestly be lost without him.

As per the title. It’s a cliche to say but it can’t be argued with.
Unbeaten in 11 games this season in Europe, an incredible record. Fans demanding drawing with Spartak Moscow isn’t good enough, it’s genuiney great to see IMO.
For me it’s laying foundations, the money generated in this campaign will do wonders next summer, it will unlock a new level in the transfer market we haven’t been able to really throw any real significant money at over the years.
With what seems to be a great backroom staff who will be able to identify some quality targets. “The Gerrard effect” tied in with what hopefully come end of season will be some form of success and big appeal to European calibre players to want to come and play at Rangers.

Not seen a thread on the boy this morning but I honestly thought he was unplayable at points last night. If the rumours that 2million quid van secure him then I'd make that a top priority for January.
He was gliding by players for fun last night. His turn to get in between the two players in the second half was different level. The cushioned control and cut back for Grezda at the end was superb. In the last few weeks the boys really came onto a game and it's one of the best performances from.a winger at ibrox in a European night since dalcio v progres (well i made that bit up but certainly in a long long time)

If one chance had been put away second half i think everyone would have been more than happy. But as others have said, thursday took a hell of a lot out of the players. This was a brilliant result given i had this down as a nervy. 1-0.

He did a job and can be proud of himself as can everyone. You can see what it meant to him at the end.

If fans can see genuine progress month to month he'll get that time IMO.  
Said it in a previous thread that I think this season will be too big an ask (you never know tho!).  I think next season with a few transfer windows with a settled team under our belt we will be in a much stronger position to realistically challenge.
 

Signed a 4 year contract and I'm hoping he is given the chance over 2 or 3 seasons to put his stamp on things. This constant chopping and changing managers midway through the season and replacing them with incompetent morons has to stop.
If we are being totally honest we aren't really expecting him to win the league in his first season. It would be incredible if it does happen but realistically it's not going to happen. If we can get a few good results in Europe, win at least one cup, finish second well ahead of anyone else and challenge the papes in every game we play against them then it will be a good first season and then from there we can build again to challenge them all the way.
I feel there is something special and exciting with Gerrard in charge but he needs time and being Rangers manager you don't get that.
 

Im gutted we dropped points today, but im still buzzing everytime I hear Stevie talk. Its nothing like we have had in the last few years. He is a football man who gives straight answers.
This guy is a popular figure in football, but outwith Rangers he fucking well wont be in Scotland ?
