Another example of SG's superb man management, Andy wont play when all fit, but has came in in several positions so far this season and played well, for all those who criticise him, if we're judging him on current form hes' one of our better players right now. Apart from being a player who can slot in when required SG is right to value what else he brings to the dressing room, good psychology to heap praise on him as his chances of starting games will diminish as injuries get better, but Andy will still be there when required and will let no one down.

Gerrard respects players who are willing to give everything for our Club.

Good news,
Has his faults but like it or he's one of our best players, easily one of the best full backs in the country - if he could match his defensive work with the rest of his game he'd be the complete full back in my opinion (wouldn't be playing in Scotland though).

Have gave him a hard time in the past as I genuinely felt he was limited as a player but you can clearly see he loves the club and fans and we have enough cunt ex players in the media without jumping on the genuine good guys too
