  1. Like this place it has been hijacked by a cabal of intolerant lefty haters.

Edgar preaches socialism whilst chasing the blue pound in true entrepreneurial fashion.

Southernger is a woke nutjob who has taken over the lounge and spents most of his time deleting and banning anyone who criticises Biden , particularly the nonce allegations.Sure he posts on here under the name @ Ger_onimo.

Go woke go broke as they say.

    Jardine blasts wantaway players

Rangers legend Sandy Jardine has accused the eight players who are aiming to leave Ibrox for free of greed after they refused to transfer their contracts to Charles Green's newco.

Steven Davis, Allan McGregor, Kyle Lafferty, Jamie Ness, Steven Naismith, Steven Whittaker, Sone Aluko and Rhys McCabe have confirmed their objections to switching to the Sevco company.

Jardine - who spent 17 years as a player at Rangers and still works behind the scenes at the club - told RangersTV: "I am dismayed and disappointed by the actions of the eight players."

... Jardine is angry that players are opting to walk away for free after negotiating clauses into their contracts in March that would allow them to leave for reduced transfer fees in return for accepting wage cuts of up to 75% until the end of the season.

Jardine added: "You have to say that if the players were up front and honest you would respect them more. What they have done is seen an opportunity - whether it is them or their agents - to maximise their income.

"The players took a salary sacrifice but for that they got clauses in their contracts which would allow them to leave on rock bottom prices if clubs came in for them. I have to be honest and I think the players have used our predicament to their gain.

"Ally McCoist gave a statement last week where he asked the players not to kid anyone on and to be up front and honest with the supporters."

Story coming out from a Liverpool fan ,Gerrard wasn’t happy with being told he didn’t have any say on who was being sold over next 2 windows .

I explained that he would never have had that power anyway .

So if there is any truth in that story shows he had gotten too big for his boots and forgotten why he was actually there .

Ironically Henry Winter saying in the Times today that Gerrard has no ego .

Winter has always been an arse licker who praises the dark side.

I fucked it, it was CSKA they put 6 by.

Not sure where the bribes were.

They bribed Valenciennes '  players in the league run-in of the same year , it all came out in a court case and they were demoted.

They got away with bribing the the CSKA players , one of their coaches alluded to it but withdrew his comments.

If it wasn't for a monumental fraud Walter would have faced Milan in the 1993 European Cup final.

  5. From Daily Record in 2012……..

A BANK boss is to stand trial on a charge of assaulting his wife.

John Needham is alleged to have attacked Karen at an outdoor activity centre.

The 51-year-old RBS director is charged with behaving in an aggressive manner towards his wife, repeatedly striking her on the body with his finger and seizing her by her clothing.

Dad-of-two Needham , who has been married to Karen for 30 years, pleaded not guilty to the charges at Livingston Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

A trial was set for October.

The alleged assault happened at Low Port outdoor activity centre in Linlithgow, West Lothian,
    in June.

Needham , from Linlithgow, is a director at the RBS headquarters in Gogarburn, Edinburgh.

He is head of resolution planning, which means his job is to prevent a repeat of the 2008 credit crash.

He is also in charge of helping other businesses succeed and preventing those firms which cannot be saved from damaging the financial market.
Last night, RBS refused to comment on the case.
Days before his court hearing this week, Needham told friends on Twitter that he was enjoying a holiday touring northern Italy.
