Boab 73
Amir Khan Vs Marco Antonio Barrera, Nicky Cook Vs Roman Martinez, Enzo Maccarinelli Vs Ola Afolabi, plus undercard, is exclusively live on Sky Box Office and Sky Box Office HD on Saturday, March 14 from 9.00pm It will be repeated at 9.00am and 1.00pm on Sunday, March 15. Repeat shows will last two-and-a-half hours. The event will be available to Sky digital customers on Sky Box Office channel 743 and Sky Box Office HD channel 752. The event is priced at £ 14.63 for UK customers, €21.48 for customers in the Republic of Ireland. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,121...-UKesalesSearch Don't know what I'm doing for it yet but I'd love to go to the Casino, mind you, any excuse! Khan could be said is 'make or break' as another defeat would be a bugger and Barrera will maybe have a point to prove to show he isn't past it and to stop this guy in his tracks. Whats folks thoughts on it? Who will win, how will they win etc? Ps. Anybody think 14/1 for Barrera to get put down and still win is a good bet? http://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/amir-kha...-i-get-up-again
papaguy51 912
I know fuck all about boxing Khan's defence has improved no end under Freddy Roach apparently, so who knows. That combined with the fact that if Khan loses, it could be the end for any top-level career, I can't predict with my fuck-all knowledge of boxing what will happen. Ibroxblue 122
I'm far from a boxing expert myself but I happened to catch the weigh-in on Sky Sports News. Barrera didn't look good and had a wee bit of trouble making the weight.
maverick1200 2,832
I'm far from a boxing expert myself but I happened to catch the weigh-in on Sky Sports News. Barrera didn't look good and had a wee bit of trouble making the weight. I dont think we can look to much into this because Berrera had been training for 2 months for this fight and knows khan could be a very tough opponent for him. I do find it strange that he weight 3 onuses over though. But look at Nate Campbell he was over weight and put in a great performance. I really dont know how this fight is going to go, it all depends on how much berrera has left. I have a feeling though that khan is going to be too quick for him. Khan needs to keep on the outside and coming in in phases and not come out slogging.
Zander222 0
I think Barrera was the guy who effectively ended Naseem Hamed's boxing career, but that must have been 8-10 years ago when Barrera was in his prime. He doesn't look like he's in the best shape of his career, but these Mexican's know how to grind out W's, which is what I'm predicting he'll do, with a points win. sandyboyblue 226
It has all the ingredients for a great fight, a young hungry lad with everything to prove, a loss will kill his career. The dice has been rolled his team have staked everything on this fight, lose and there is no way back for him. Versus an old warhorse trying to prove he is not past it, and that he is still a force in boxing. I predict a riot, seriously I think it will go the distance and the judges will probably favour Khan. Whatever happens I hope it lives up to it's billing as it should be a great night of boxing! P.S I hope you like eating jobby exilled weedgie! P.P.S J-Maestro, the management team of Khan have too much financially to lose if Khan gets whooped!
the goal machine 7,806
Hopefully Barrera knocks him out but I'm interested in seeing Khan's "new defence". Still, a good defence doesn't mean that you can take a shot, Barrera for the KO.

evilcockney 4
Cant bring myself to pay for this fight no matter how much they pad out the undercard. If Barrera's shot and a shaddow of his former self then its something i dont want to watch and i dont rate Khan enough to fork out the money. All depends on how much Barrera has left in the tank, in his prime he could beat Khan in his sleep.

Robinson 0
Will be a toughy because barrera is a veteran now and has lots of experience in the ring but on the other hand kahn with his new trainer will know a couple of new things and kahn is alot faster.
