harry3 96 Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 I'm playing off 9 at Blackwood just on the outskirts of east belfast the new handicap system is there for abuse the old system you could only go up 2 shots in a year from memory with this new system some people are going up 5 shots or more, i love the game and at 66 i have to make the most of it thats why i don't get over to watch the famous as much as i would like, my saturdays golf early Rangers tv for the game with a few beers. When I grew up, my only club was a 4-iron. It was my driver, chipper putter and digger of golf holes at the swing park. If you have a few extra sheckles, invest in a Scotty Cameron putter. Scotty is (was) brilliant I must admit but in the hands of a better golfer I'm really struggling just now. Scotty supplied my best ever putting with 27 strokes in an otherwise average round.
