If that Khamulo does well for us I think we will eventually sign him on a permanent deal.

He's behind Dawson, King & Gallas at Spurs. They have Caulker out on loan at Swansea to get him ready for the Premiership and they have been linked witha another couple of centre backs this Summer too.

Stick loan signings up yer hole. We should be building our own team, not babysitting someone elses.

Given the state we've been left in, and the size of the squad we have then we will need a couple of loans to plug the gaps while we get back on our feet.

From wikipedia:

Livermore signed a new two-year deal with Tottenham on 24 July 2009 and, on the same day, he scored his first goal for Spurs in a 1–1 friendly draw against Barcelona in the Wembley Cup. In a post-game interview, when asked by a reporter, "What is it like to score against the best team in the world?", Livermore replied "Score against the best team in the world? I play for them."

Outstanding patter, lad, but you'll not feel that way for much longer.

Dos Santos is shite.

I wouldn't want him at Ibrox. He's been a flop at every club he's ever played for.

He'd easily do a job in the SPL.

And make a big note who arranged the loans CRAIG WHYTE.Jim Whyte is too fucking excited about it.Think he is desperate to tell us about Juanma.

Was on a flight down to London week past Saturday.

Bomber Brown on the same flight to Stanstead and we both got off the train at Tottenham Hale. Was joking with my mate that he was off to get Hutton on loan. Looks like he might well have been down to have a look at the Spurs kids. Was certainly carrying enough luggaage to be away for a week or so. All suited and booted too, so assumed he was off to somewhere important.

So hopefully that was the case and he has had a good chance to assess what each of the players could offer.

What position does this livermore play and what age?

Khumalo would be an excellent signing. As someone else said we could possibly move to get him if he does well. Exactly what we need a cb!

After today I can see it being an exciting week bears!! Its all starting to happen now.

GOAT kind of has a point. Bringing in players like Livermore is pointless for us IMO when we have the likes of Ness and Hutton on the fringes of the team. Khumalo makes a lot more sense though. Hes more experienced, has played first team football for club and country, hes more established. Theres nothing wrong with bringing in a few Khumalos/Weiss'/Dioufs each season to beef up our squad if it one, gives us the option to go out and spend money elsewhere and two, potentially give us the chance to buy the player if they impress and is deemed surplus to requirements when they go back to their club
