Hate to sound petty, but that really is the difference between their coverage of us and them. Remember last year when they were reporting about Lennon's bombs outside Ibrox of all places? Now we have an article in which the perpetrator is clearly a Celtic supporter, yet there is absolutely no mention of that club within the article.

Double standards.

It's unreal the shit Pacific Quay get away with.

There you go nothing in the title or article from the bbc to make you think it's anything to do with septic and their grizzly supporters

The only ones to mention it were scotzine, it states on his bloody profile c****c & his kids are his only joys FFS how more blatant can that be???

Pretty sick of the one way street the media have created.

The tims on Kerrydale Street have convinced themselves that the man who has been arrested is a Rangers supporter. They refuse to accept that they have racist scum amongst their support. And they accuse us of lacking self-awareness!

One of the most depressing aspects to this whole story is that the man arrested appears to be a 41 year old father. If it was a drunken teenager you could almost put it down to immaturity, this guy has no such excuse. He's a scumbag.

Why would someone pose as a Sellick fan, send racial abuse to his own team's players and then allow himself to get caught?

What a weird world they all live in. Deluded cunts. <cr>

Has the RC racist been named yet?

http://news.stv.tv/scotland/west-central/293908-man-in-court-over-racist-abuse-of-rangers-players-on-twitter/

A man has appeared in court charged with racially abusing two Rangers players on social media site Twitter.

Michael Convery is accused of having acted in a racially aggravated manner which caused or was intended to cause alarm and distress.

The alleged racist remarks and threats were directed towards Rangers players Kyle Bartley and Maurice Edu.

The 41-year-old is charged with creating the tweets on January 14.

Convery, of Govan, Glasgow, appeared in private on Monday at Glasgow Sheriff Court where he made no plea or declaration and was represented by Stephen Paterson.

Sheriff Charles McFarlane QC granted Convery bail.

Racism has no place in modern society and i am glad to see action being taken however i am uneasy as to the implications this may have with internet policing, doesn't sit entirely well with me.

The guy was sending personal messages to the players.

If he was writing letters or making phonecalls he would be arrested, so why not if he is sending the messaged on the internet?

I don't disagree with that im just saying im uneasy with what may constitute an offense on the internet now that's all.
