lets post the whole story and try not to stir things up, GCC have said that any group who want to march in Glasgow must give 28 days notice. There has been no contact so far, so we urge them to do so. If the fans contacted us between now and Saturday, we will try and do all we can to help.

A spokesman from Glasgow City Council told STV News there had been no contact between them and the supporters.

He added: "Any group who want to march in Glasgow must give 28 days notice. There has been no contact so far, so we urge them to do so. If the fans contacted us between now and Saturday, we will try and do all we can to help.

"If not, this becomes a police matter and it is up to them to facilitate it or not."

A spokeswoman from Strathclyde Police said they were aware of the proposed march. She added: "We would remind people that there is due process when organising a march."

Councillor Paul Coleshill, who represents the area, said: "I would not encourage people to march when it could cause a disturbance to the area. I encourage fans to contact the SFA over their grievances and also encourage them to organise the march with the proper authorities."

will there even be anyone there to protest to?

Let's hope so.

It would be rather pointless if no-one was at home and the lights were all swithced off. :anguish:

Wait a minute - if Hampden is empty - we could all head for the trains and buses to Edinburgh and march to the Charlatan's gaff.
