What does this actually mean for Rangers?

From my reading of the statement, we should have been in the SPL anyway, never mind having a vote or any of that?

Also does that mean that we are responsible for the EBT's etc, or is that still the responsibility of the old co?

I actually think the last paragraph is very important.

It's quite clear the SPL clubs would've voted us to remain in the SPL if we'd agreed to title theft.

Mr Green is presenting the SFA/SPL the facts and highlighting the blatant corruption and bias but they will no doubt ignore it and the media will refuse to acknowledged the truth aswell so they don't upset the tarriers and there is nothing we can do about it. We really need to take this higher launch appeals to FIFA/UEFA and any civillian courts and expose these bastards for what they are. Plus phone the police in regards to stolen money and give them a winding up order for money owed we need to come down hard on these bastards and don't hold back.

I would like to think that UEFA, being the governing body for Europe football associations, would be very interested in one of their underlings being seen to be extorting, and threatening (read good old fassioned bullying)a member, especially in a particularly (seemingly) weakened state. I expect that they are starting to look over the SFAs shoulder now.

FIFA, being the world-wide governing body that wants to stay in control, and not have any member of any Association go to court over what seems to be extraordinary punishment, should be forcing the issue with the SFA. If Rangers go to court on this it would be a landslide and could really blacken the eye of football here and within other associations forever.

If the SPL and SFA do not find a way to "smooth the waters" with Rangers then I think we could be witnessing a massive change in how associations are allowed to run in future.

CG has made very poignant, and very embarrasing points (for the governing bodies) which must be considered if not legally, morally.

Thank you Mr. Green, I no longer have the cloud over my head, but dont back down until they realise the thunder and lightning that you could release.

This really has to come to a head before the Nimmo Commish finalises.
