Let them die. Then vote against any application to join SFL 3.

May not come to a vote. According to the Scotsman, Romanovs Bank Ukios Bankos dropped 7% today, over 25% in the month.Looks as if they could be going tits up, no administration or CVA in that case. Straight liquidation. Pity about the transfer embargo we could have snatched a couple of their players.

In spite of the way these clubs have treated us and as much as many of them truly get up my nostrils, I don't think I'd want them to go out of existence. I just feel it's unfortunate that Scottish football has sunk to such a low point; too many supporters are fuelled by blind hatred now (the way our club's been treated is the prime example of this), to the point that they can't see the forest for the trees anymore. Too bloody exhausting to get wrapped up in that to the point where it becomes your sole reason for existing. I'll follow my club and leave it at that; if the rabid haters want to give themselves aneurisms, so be it.

Anyone having doubts about what they think should happen to Hearts go look at Jambos kickback first before voting.

That club is days away from being shut down for good yet it's forums are full of anti Rangers bile.

Feck them if they had a chance they would vote to shut us down in 2 seconds flat. As for this rumoured hmrc deal if that turns out to be the case then Green should be on the phone to them asap demanding the same and that the old plc company gets 50 years to clear its debts under a payment plan.

One rule for our club, another for someone else??????

I struggled to understand the desire of so many to see our club die. Yes football needs rivalry. Yes there are elements in our support I appreciate others dislike. The thought that people I worked with, people I socialised with, people I considered friends would wish me to be denied the chance to have a football team to support disgusted me.

a lot if Hearts fans and fans of other SPL clubs delighted in what happens to us. I wouldn't though wish them to lose their club..

The reality is most SPL clubs wouldn't survive what we went through. Hearts might. Only might.

If they have to suffer liquidation though then the precedent has been set and they start over in SFL3. I for one hope sincerely they survive.

Slightly off topic there seems a growing belief 'Armageddon' has been avoided. Nonsense. Football clubs start the season cash rich. Hearts being in trouble already is a dire sign. Wait until post Christmas. Wait until the SPL come clean on the '5 year' tv contract.

Sad times

Oh and I should add hmrc do agree to repayment plans. You need to stick to them though and you can't ask repeatedly. Patience runs out.

Hmrc have spent a lot of money sending staff on insolvency courses this recession. They are done dicking about.

If the stories regarding ukios are true hearts need to sacrifice the company and save the club

Hearts will almost certainly go into administration as a minimum. With that comes a 17 point deduction, and makes them favourites, based on current form, for relegation.

The chance of hearts being liquidated is entirely in the hands of Romanov. He has a debt of £20 whereas HMRC and small creditors will only come to a maximum debt of £2.5M.

best case scenario for hearts, he agrees some sort of CVA (He can choose any terms whatsoever for the CVA) which pays off all debts through money hearts are currently raising. But in this case he would be losing most if not all of the £20M owed to him.

By going the newco route, I can't see how he personally would be better off unless he was planning on being in it for the long haul back to the top, then selling to the fans and investors (ala Charles Green). The SPL might even vote allow hearts to transfer their membership share to a new company while retaining SPL membership.

Its all in Romanovs hands, either way hearts are fucked. They will lose lots of players in January and will likely be relegated, as a minimum.
