He didn't quite have the pace to play as a top class out and out winger but he is by no means slow. But because he is the darling of bayern the board etc are closing ranks and attacking anyone who criticises him.Said martinez is there beside him to basically just back him up and be his safety net to cover mistakes hes making. was interesting.
