SPL rule no insolvency for UBIG, Hearts stay up

Is this a bad thing? If Hearts get a deduction next season, I would imagine that would relegate them, and who will be waiting for them in Division 1 :7325:

indeed, they lose the dundee derby with dundee going down, then next season it's likely Hearts get wound up mid season if they survive the summer.

The SFA says its an SPL dilemma

But I'm sure it can be passed to the SFA to then look into it

I'm not sure how that's triggered though

Both have different ways of dealing with insolvency events

I think this could run a little longer

Especially if you are an SPL chairman not happy with this
