Sparkle 54,554
No one made it easy for us, rightly so....every game was played like a mini cup final by our opponents. Plaudits are due and deserved in my opinion.
50ShadesofBlue 667
"It might not have been the same celebrations as when Rangers last won the SPL in 2011, when the league was wrapped up with an emphatic 5-1 victory over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park" What a day that was. Muirheadbear 1,483
Everyone can have their view on the degree of achievement having won the league but what is not in dispute is the financial boost we have giving each and every club we have faced in the last two seasons. I believe all the clubs in league 1 and 2 are now debt free.Who could have foreseen Albion Rovers donating 10k to cash for kids. It's all about the Rangers! trublusince1982 768
Should the winners of the 1st division get the plaudits for being the winners of the 1st division? Is that how bitter they have got they even have to ask themselves that? Sad, very sad.Of course the players and the club should get credit. They earned it by a landslide. We have went from having pretty much no players to winning the league back to back. Any other country would be all over that positive outcome. tannerall 25,935
No, as some posters suggest we should be embarrassed, apologetic, even castigated , and we should refuse to count it among our other titles and just basically be miserable and despondent about the whole process. ClydebankBearWATP 877
Wish people would see it for what it was, it's what we expected it to be, a canter in a shite league that we are too good for and games that we did struggle in we shouldn't really of. People bigging this up to be some monumental success are cringeworthy, it's like barca winning the Champions league but with the rest of the teams being relegation battlers

People bigging this up to be some monumental success are cringeworthy, it's like barca winning the Champions league but with the rest of the teams being relegation battlersFortunately the vast majority of Rangers supporters aren't as negative as you. We can only win the division we are in. It's not our fault we are here and it's not Ally's or the players. The players and support have every right to enjoy an early division win and celebrate it on a great night with some solid performances from our players.Strange how you seem to enjoy belittling our achievements. A "cringeworthy" trait for any Bear to display.
