Because when he took over he didn't do any due diligence and then later found £100s of millions pounds worth of money that needed paid off and he paid it all off but now they owe him the money and it's made them more or less unsaleable because no-one will pay the kind of money to take over them and pay him off. The guy who sold Chelsea and Man City couldn't sell Newcastle despite trying for years.
