EatDolphins 5,357
Nice lad.Poor player.42 goals last season says differently. I just don't think he can operate in a team where the only attacking move utilised is a big lump up to big lump of wood or a run down the touch line for a cross that never reaches the box. HuistraHairDo 12,507
the lad needs a run of games like any striker, I thought he actually linked up well with Daly, running in behind picking up flick ons, then he got injured and was in and out of the team from that injury, he will do a job for us, no doubt, you can't just dismiss his goal haul from last season. you don't score that many goals if you can't hack it. we should be building a team around Clark, Macleod, and Aird some may scoff at Aird but these lads have another 10 years at the top flight ahead of them. I honestly hope we dont go down the route of signing ex players who would keep them out the team.
6superbarry6 14,214
Never getting a chance under Ally should leave for the sake of his career doubt he's good enough for too level anyway
kris1984 1,290
I think people want to believe he's a lot better than he isNo good enough IMO
LaudrupsPatrickBoots 13,540
Don't understand 1st sentence but scoring goals for QoS in div 3 does not good player maketh42 goals in the 2nd division playing for QoS says he's a good striker. Especially when you consider none of our players, not even our "SPL" players got close to that figure in the same league.
LaudrupsPatrickBoots 13,540
Never fails to amaze me how quick some of our fans are to dismiss a players ability.
Rab_Rangers 38
He's one I'd definitely keep. Give him a run of games and he'll score goals.
OneDavidCooper 2,505
42 goals in the 2nd division playing for QoS says he's a good striker. Especially when you consider none of our players, not even our "SPL" players got close to that figure in the same league. He was even further from that figure and in the 3rd tier too. I like the lad and willed him to do well and I'm certain our hopeless staff have hindered him but he's simply average and that ain't good enough. BlueAvenger 10,395
I have been disappointed with him and expected better.Perhaps keep him for another season and give him a run of games, then judge him at the end of next season.
The Godfather 72,389
My guess is he will not get much game time if Kenny Miller signs.IF we have to sign someone then let it be Boyd and play Clark beside him.
topgoalie 637
Not strong enough and too easily knocked off the ball....not impressed so far.

Bluepeter9 5,167
Decent player with potential - so keep and let's see what happens - if he is good enough he'll play!
ArchibaldLeitch 380
He is definetly worth at least another year as there is a player in there as his 40 goals last season confirms. He is still a young man with a lot to learn.Once again our support show that we can not and will not give youth a chance even though there are new threads every day slating the lack of promotion of youth. One season and some have declared him not good enough.I think he will become a good player for us, bearing in mind he has had a few injuries which hampered a constant run in the team. USA Ger 99
Decent player with potential - so keep and let's see what happens - if he is good enough he'll play!Under the current management team that is simply not true.
Sket 13,610
Needs a consistent run in the team free from injury. Madness to say he hasn't got what it takes. Give him time.
1690tamRFC 5,001
Hope to see him get a decent chance in the team next season, as has already been stated, a few injuries hampered his season this trek but I'm pretty confident he will end up a decent player for us. The Hammer 11 2,613
A felt two of Clark and Gallagher with aird and McKay on the wings McLeod in the milddle and shields/ a new signing should be a deadly combo
