Well, spike proteins from the mRNA "vaccines". There was a study I linked recently in the SARS-Cov-2 thread which demonstrated that vaccinated individuals who developed myocarditis were also found to have the spoke proteins in their blood whilst the control group didn't, suggesting a link.
