Depends what he's desperate to do. It might be nothing to do with him not being able to find work elsewhere, it might be a genuine want to do well for us, so much so he is trying to force his way in so that he can work his "magic". I don't know if he'll be a success, but due to his CV and his philosophy I'm willing to give him a very good chance to change the shite we have had to put up with for years. I think we can feel very lucky he is wanting to work with us, remember where we are at the moment.

I hope to hell he does get a chance, and I hope to hell a head coach is installed whom will compliment him.
