If he wanted to be the type of manager that wants to use mind games to get the edge in big games then he should have stayed well clear of Hibs. Even if they were to go through on Saturday they'd still be right back in the Championship for another season with us, they wouldn't beat Motherwell, not because Motherwell are a better team, far from it, Hibs are just big game bottlers, it's like they actually coach them to buckle under pressure.
