Did a great job at Brentford but there are lots of managers who have done a great job at just one club. For me we need an experienced manager who has more on his cv than one good job.I just can't see past Billy Davies. He did fantastic jobs at Preston and Derby, and did a lot of good work at Forest which just didn't work out due to difficult circumstances at board room level as reputable managers in Steve McLaren and Alex McLeish later found out.We need a strong character, someone who will rip out the dead end mediocrity within the squad and properly stamp their own authority and vision onto the playing squad.
