gogzy 31,195
McCoist was slated for this. would be hypocritical to praise Warburton for itNot everyone slated Ally for it.

SuperPapac05 3,383
Good decision. As someone said it'll be a good chance for the players to rest up and get started again. Some of that squad have played near enough every game so far.
BEE 4,880
Absolutely pish for those (including myself) who will be left out of pocket due to travel.
BEE 4,880
Any indication of kick off time? Better not be 7.15 again.
graeme_4 35,330
Keep in mind he's only had 3 months or so to get his ideas across. Any free time he has will be useful. 10 days or so without a game might be good as it;a. Gives the likes of Wallace and Tav a rest when they've played virtually 90 mins every game so farb. Gives him time to further develop his players understanding of his ideas and strategy without 'game' preparation required c. Gives guys like Eustace and others to recover and integrate with the squad againNo issue with it, because I know he'll use this time well. It's not the same as McCoist being afraid of part-time teams.
Sket 13,610
Warbs can do what he wants. Fuck McCoist.
IanFerguson2013 398
I would criticise but I'm able to make the revised date but could not make the 9th so I don't mind but lets hope MW does not make a habit of this, especially in a few months as the league will be in the bag
K.A.I 36,183
Just noticed I'm in Kiev for the Chelsea game the re-arranged date One of our party who's paid £300 for flights has only missed the Tannadice boycott in past 36 years I think - feel for him tbh

BEE 4,880
7.45 mateCheers Thought you were going to be a smart arse and tell me I live a ten minute walk from the ground Train gets into Central at 7.23 - probably miss kick off. GOAT 30,449
An absolute joke. The waster got it in the neck for doing the same the last few seasons, and I'll do the same with Warburton. Disgrace.
Tontospal 1,116
Very surprised at this.A great opportunity to utilise the squad against a poor side in a mickey mouse competition0We surely have a big enough squad to cover two on loan youngsters and a bit part reserve. As an aside no players should be in need of a rest at the beginning of October. If players are injured then they should not be playing or training.Consideration should also have been given to those who have made travel arrangements.Another point. Warburton is not above criticism.

soulboy 2,521
None of the 3 started any of our 1st few games as 2 weren't here and we still won comfortably so don't see why this had to be moved

there'sonlyoneamoruso 1,724
It does seem odd to me that we are postponing due to these three call-ups. I wonder if we have caught wind of a call-up to the Scotland squad for Wallace?

Bristoe1872 2,654
Maybe Rangers are simply determined to win this trophy. To exit the lower leagues and not to have won this cup in four attempts would be a disgrace frankly in my humble opinion. Some fans may knock it but end of the day it's a trophy and if you peruse our long list of honours there are many cups in there that plenty fans I imagine will not even have heard of. A trophy is a trophy and while yes we should more than have enough to beat Livingston the rules are there and we used them. As others have done. RFC55 110,241
There is usually an international reserve list as well. Meaning should player aa pull out player b will come in to replace him.
OneDavidCooper 2,505
I think MW is correct to do this. People seem to thing our squad is bigger in numbers than it is. We don't have the strength in depth to take risks. I certainly don't want the likes of Law playing unless there is no other alternative. gogzy 31,195
most on here certainly criticised him for itIt was usually split about 60/40 in favour of having a dig at ally for this. Quite often there were long drawn out arguments about this very subject. You rarely get a long drawn out argument if everyone is in agreement
