i'm a great believer that the english var checks get delayed on purpose for dramatic effects, for all the money thats been pumped into the english game, are you trying to tell me that all this technology at their disposal and they can't work it correctly......nah something don't seem right.

the womens world cup done it correctly, fouls, off the ball incidents, offsides, disallowed goals and not to mention the refs being mic'd up.
