He's been involved in a lot of our goals this season partick thistle one is a good example, he carried the ball forward 50 yards and played it to Miller who crossed to garner and scored the winner it's not the first time he's done this either

In fairness mate ... KM had to do the hard work then cross to JB .... JT had the easy part which he sometimes makes an arse of .... thankfully he didn't this time ...

Still he does have some redeeming qualities .... and as you have said ..... he has played his part more than a few times this season in the build-up to scoring.

One of MW's better signings .... and if rumour control have it right ... he may be joining him down at Forrest this summer.

As said above I hope we get a decent amount for him if this is the case.

That 1-5 humiliation must just have been a dream with some of the guff I've been reading lately

The celebrations against Partick .were  fine

Please tell me this horrendous team of footballers and I include Tav never finished 30odd points behind the scum

I seriously don't understand this new age Rangers fan

I think you answered your own query mate! Another player who found his level in the Championship, and was unable to make the step up, just like a few others in our squad. A pity coz he started the season quite well.

I probably agree mate about his level aye but I don't think it applies to my example.

A dead ball in the Championship is no different to a dead ball in the Premiership. Open play sure, better players will affect his performance as he won't be as dominant but that doesn't apply to dead ball situations. Only he can influence them, so I can't fathom how his freekicks, corners etc were brilliant in the Championship yet he makes the step up and looks like he hasn't hit a corner in his life. Only explanation could be confidence possibly.

He had a "Nicky Clark" season last year. I don't think he's ever really been much more than an average set piece taker aside from scoring the odd one.

It really is pish patter. You're a young person therefore you're not as staunch as me.

Yeah his goalscoring form was never going to carry on into this season, definitely a one off freak season.

Don't think that's a fair assessment about his set pieces though. Had a great delivery last year and scored a few good free kicks as well, one against Hibs at Ibrox was a goal of the season contender.

I think he is a good player but If he does leave we could get a decent fee for him and get his replacement in for free if we went for Callum Patterson who I think is a better player anyway. Would be smart business imo.

Yeah I meant before last season I don't think he was anywhere near as prolific with his free kicks either and it's kinda back to normality this season. That's what I was meaning about last year being his Nicky Clark season.

Got a bad injury in january which will keep him out till around september but he hasn't had any recurring injury problems just impact injuries. I think he's a very good player at this level he only played half the season and still scored 8 goals in the league for hearts.

:tu: Get you now.

Would probably keep him tbh but he wouldn't be my long term right back option. Useful squad player though.

I'm amazed that you're in here saying anyone isn't Rangers class after some of the suggestions you've made in that transfer forum.

My suggestions have been good every one of them including Sibbald and Russell exactly the kind of young prospects with experience we should be in for all of them have EPL and championship teams in England monitoring there progress its just the morons working with SFA who never called them in to the under 21 squad cos there clueless

Cheers mate ... as we have the facilities to help with his injury ... and if we could get him on a free .... as you say it would be good business ..... no brainer then.

Wouldn't be the first we brought back from career threatening injuries i.e. Durrant ... Naismith to mention a few.

Seems to be a guy who consistently puts in decent performances for us, and is a steady 6 or 7 every game.

Sure he can get caught up the park at times, but his ability and bravery on the ball has created a number of important goals for us - see Filth away or even yesterday. Picks the ball up, and when some would punt it into the box or launch it up the park he takes on his man and creates.

Hes one of only a handful that I think can step up with better quality around him, yet seems to be a constant target for criticism and abuse. Can't get my head around it.

Am I alone in thinking this?

A steady 6 is shite.

You can't get over a 5 if you don't defend properly or be aware of your runners.

He's sadly a sign of the times. Someone who looks better than he is because unfortunately we aren't that great a team just now.

File him under Vukic.

Wasn't having a go at the young bears .Forgive me young pups

Was  having a go at the guys that  think any of these duds we have are any good .They are nearly all dross and I for one ,will take a long time to forget or forgive the OF embarrassment and their shameful contribution to one of the worst results in our history
