We don't need an independent investigation to expose them unless we have nothing but hearsay which is what it looks like. if we had anything and we released it then that would trigger an independent investigation, that's the leverage. Any supporters groups who have the clubs best interests at heart should request that members stall on ST renewals until the board release what they have instead of just blindly following the rhetoric. Why do an inquiry if you felt you were above board. Cunts are living in a different dimension. Did their enquiry even speak to Rangers re the evidence held of wrongdoing, thought not... Now they can head back to their secret 2 year enquiry in the East End. Seriously though, was this announced or actually carried out behind closed doors? SeparateEntityMyArse 53,723
Deloitte report confirms that Dundee email was received into the spfl quarantined inbox at 1648. So the spfl did receive it, just not into their inbox. Does the company act state it must be an inbox? Nope. bluenoz 30,837
They have really fast-tracked this internal investigation. No mention of a call to Aberdeen at 4:40. No mention of other clubs being bullied or not. No mention of Dundee's actual vote at 4:52 that submitted NO. I hope Rangers evidence is enough not only to sue the spfl but Deloitte as well for such a flimsy report.

What have you actually been asked to investigate. 2. What evidence have you been presented with. 3. For instance they havent been presented with whistleblower evidence. 4. Or it seems presented Rangers with their Whistleblower policy which would likely prevent those implicated from finding out who the whistleblower is. Ie proper independence required. 5. An issue I have is how the terms of the vote was written. You can change a No but not a Yes. So you in actual fact have the full 28 says to bully and coerce or in fact bribe someone to change their vote. This is not a fair or reasonable way to form a vote. 6. An issue I have in general is that Dundee said they would wait and see what they could get with leverage. What did they get ? Has anyone asked. It potentially swung a £30mn place in Champions League. Certainly how a large amount of money could potentially be distributed. 7. Lastly. It's very difficult to prove the difference between wrong doing and incompetence.
