What I've heard is it never even got as far as Celtic. Hibs made request to SPFL and immediately rejected as Celtic's players have been tested in line with the protocol. LBH I can sympathise with Hivs wanting them to be tested again after their breaches and if the scum had one ounce of a conscience they would duly oblige, be seen to do the right thing and not hide behind procedures.
