Ok Arfield sometimes comes of the bench and scores but are we really happy paying Scott Wright to fill a space as a home trained player when a youth player could do that and save money? He got injured at Livi and the keeper who came in played well and he couldn't get back in the team. Had a few good games for them and judging by his one performance for us he looked very good. People seem to just completely ignore the fact that these players are watched everyday in training and think that they "deserve a shot". He has to be better than McGregor and McLaughlin in training to deserve a shot. He hasn't, so right now is not good enough. We need a new keeper, better than any of the 3 above. No. Wright offers more than any of the youth players. I think he is pretty poor, but he is miles ahead of any of the youth options in that position.
