Academy is a mess. Probably a bigger job than he thought initially.

You have no idea if he has or hasn't been shite because we don't know what has happened behind the scenes. The results are no indication of his tenure.

Zeb has got Michael Beale vibes massively. Absolutely talks a good game and would come across as extremely knowledgable in an interview situation but actually is full of hot air. Extremely full of his own self belief and a confident speaker but the proof is in the pudding as they say.
