Normally I'd agree but I'm seeing nothing to suggest it's going to improve. I don't see what it is he's trying to do and we're absolutely awful at basic passing, defending and shooting.

Usually you would see some progression from pre season to 4 games into the league and countless in Europe but we looked as clueless and lost today as we did months ago.

Today beale lost the support and when that happens a manager is on borrowed time.

But he took Bury up to league 1, then took Plymouth up to League 1 now starting to perform with Preston aswell, and has had a bit of an overhaul at each club regards signing.

GVB away record in league was about 60% win rate, he got us humped at parkheed and not to mention in CL.

Where did Russel Martin end up? Mind we were linked with hm before and he supposedly plays decent football. Im massively out of the loop on football so he might have turned out shite or be managing in the EPL for all I know!

What I do know is we wont be able to attract a attacking manager who is both up coming and has constantly won trophy's at a decent level. They are beyond us. 

We either have to appoint a manager from a lower level who appears to be on the up, or some guy who has been shit canned and wants to get his reputation back. Much like half our players.

Say what we like about gios league record, but using the CL pumpings is mental given he's the only one who managed to actually get there, both gerrard and beale have failed at that

Tbf Gio got us to a European final - so not a total failure of an appointment but clearly lost momentum and that was that.  Can’t remember a single exciting or decent performance under Beale really says it all
