Seems fairer to be given one opportunity to score for one foul as opposed to two or three opportunities from a rebound and then maybe a corner if a save is made from the rebound. So what happens now if the ball is passed sideways from a penalty, is the game stopped. And say a situation where the ball hits the post and rebounds back in off the goalie ?
