Even more recently this has escalated further to the point people's families, external businesses, etc are being insulted. This is not one-sided - abuse, petty nicknames and insults have come from both sides of this bitch-fest.It's frankly pathetic. We're all Rangers fans, we don't agree on everything but that's life. Disagree as much as you want, debate as much as you want, but do not resort to playground tactics and personal abuse.In the past, we've tried to clean up threads as well as we can, but it's tiresome and hasn't resolved anything. We're now going to allow these threads to continue until they descend into what has become the norm, then we will lock them. That ends the discussion, which is not what we want. If you want the discussions to continue, it's simple - don't resort to this personal crap.If anyone finds themselves unwilling or unable to stop this, or cannot understand what crosses the line into personal stuff, they will be warned by PM. If they continue, they will have their account temporarily suspended. Following that, our only option remaining if they cannot behave properly is a permanent ban.Nobody wants that, we want open debate on any and all subjects regarding our club. I'd assume this is aimed at those persistant offenders who specialise in 1 or 2 topics and infest any thread with even the remotest connection to those 1 or 2 topics.
