I thought Clement was great. I shouldn't be surprised given where he's from and his history of playing in England but his English is fantastic, he clearly has a presence and seems to understand the expectations.
If we've learned one thing over the last few years it's that talk is cheap but I thought this was a good insight into him as a character and you get the sense he's probably got the right balance between putting his arm around players but also being ruthless when needed.
