No, I'm pretty sure the Broomloan Rd end stopped numbering at 9 I think, before it went into the main terracing and No.13 exited down into Cairnlea Dr/ Mafeking St. leading out to where the candleworks were, like in the photo below.
You will need to click on photo to get it bigger to see the numbers, sorry not very good at editing!
Just noticed " Real Boydie9"'s pics on page 580 show stairway 9 just before main terracing at Broomloan end.
I might be wrong but I am sure the numbering was as it is in the photo.
