I know you like a controversial wee debate, but let's be honest here. The board have acted to ban fans (not suspension pending investigation) when people are still 'innocent' until proven guilty, while also defending said fans in their initial statement. 
Stinks of hypocrisy, as well as potentially giving guys an uncomfortable moment at any potential criminal trial.
Funnily enough they didn't ban people prior to near enough selling out all of our season tickets, and haven't been vocal in any way towards the lack of progress from the SFA or the fact that thousands of fans have been treated differently to Rangers fans. 

ST taken away for ALLEGED misconduct, that is just wrong.  Do not see how anyone can defend that.   If the fan is found Not Guilty will they be compensated by the club, letter of apology.  Guilty until proven innocent, even the SNP could not make that up.
