we have zero fit wide players so maybe a formation change is needed, could really do without these games tbh we are down to bare bones as it is without the added games. 

On Wednesday, the difference was clear as soon as he came on. Technique aside, he is an absolute unit and will never get bullied off the ball. Pace to burn, as well. Imagine a front three of him and Sima plus Danilo/AN Other with Cantwell at 10. We'd stand a chance against almost anyone with that line-up...

Came in like Kamara did at 1st but taken it to a new level.
Rock Solid, grounded, determined, bit of pace with skill, and seams to genuinely grow every game no matter If starting or coming on.

Needs to be our strongest possible team to hopefully get ahead then make changes with the weekend in mind
No doubt the players are tired but we just need to ring everything out them with 3 games to go before the winter break - Then they can rest
Hopefully plans are in place with reinforcements - Strikers being a priority followed by a winger
Id recall Hagi and give him a chance under Clement - Worst case if he doesn’t cut it he has a resale value in the summer

I don't rate him at all but he's a far better player than Lammers.

Hagi is never going to be our saviour but jesus fuck he is better than Lammers.

Basic point is this: we need an LB and a striker. If some kind of deal for Shankland happens and we get an LB it looks like that'll be £7-8m (I heard £2.5m Shankland and assume £5m for a decent LB w Euro experience...).
We are on our arse/bare bones at CAM and having Hagi back wouldn't kill us, plus he can't be worse than Lammers. Has no-one seen the stuff about if Dessers gets injured Lammers is the only guy who can play 9? FFS we need more people in. Even if he's not the answer long-term, needs must...
 

I think he started well but then dropped off and was told to buck his ideas up. Has still had more game time than he would have probably managed with us.
 

Pelters from certain quarters no doubt, but he seems to have done OK on loan in La Liga and we've seen how other players have come alive under Clement. Final argument in favour is that we need a decent 10 now that Lawrence is injured, Lammers least said the better, and Cantwell a) can't play every minute and b) has been a bit inconsistent of late. In fact, I'll go further and say he looked miffed for some reason after the Aberdeen game...

Morelos isn't our player. Hagi is. And if Hagi isn't getting game time where he is, he might as well be back here providing an alternative to Lammers et al at a time when we have umpteen midfielders injured. 

I’d take Nicky Law back ahead of Lammers.

There is no arguing with the stats. But 95% of the time he does not control the ball well and does not look comfortable on the ball either. He doesn't seem to be able to take the ball into feet when facing away from goal, for instance. And I'm speaking as one of the least football-savvy guys on here. As others have said, it's his conversion of chances that's the telling stat and he simply does not put enough away for a main striker at a club like this. 

Hutton was basically telling him he was a dick the whole way through.
