I don’t accept the transfer window is to blame at all. That was a 10 man Malmö side we were level against at half time with largely the same 11 that won the league and did brilliantly in Europe last season.

Nothing to do with the transfer window. We were 1-0 up against 10 men with 45 mins to go and we fucked it. The squad that won the league should have been able to take Malmo apart in that second half.

I suppose the lesson is, retaining the crown isn't going to be easy. Bad enough everyone raising their game against us, but us being champions, it will be a national obsession to knock us of our perch.

I'd say Lundstrum and Sakala looked to have improved our first 11. Lundstrum he's off to a shocker no doubt and needs to improve rapidly. Sakala needs more game time. 
I wouldn't go crazy and start shipping players out. But I do think there is a need to add more to our midfield quality wise. 

As champions we need to get used to the fact that all teams will raise their game at home against us. Our problem to deal with it. First of all Goldson and Kamara, you extending or not? If not move them on.

We’ve lost two games on spin to teams who’ve outworked and outfought us. No Rangers fan should accept that.

It looks obvious we struggle to create against well drilled, hard-working teams. This does not bode well for Tuesday. That is exactly what Malmö are.
Our fans have been in a weird Lalaland where the filth will end up fourth and we will stroll the league and comfortably gain access to the CL next season. Well, unless something changes and soon we might just find ourselves out of the CL this season and having to qualify for next season.
We obviously need some quality coming in. I don’t know if that is Veerman or someone else but we need change. Too many seem to think our squad is the bees knees.

Players and teams raising their game against us is nothing new. United got stuck in today and deserved the win but it was our approach that allowed that to happen. For a championship winning team we looked unfit and naive.
