Overreacting

Very poor performance today, and a horrendous 5 minutes through the week - but fuck me some are overreacting. 

Losing 2 games on the spin is never acceptable, but writing off players, their mentality and our management structure is just crazy. 

Have some faith in the champions to sort it out over the next few games.

Reminds me of when folk were wanting Gerrard sacked last season after drawing with Livingston and Hibs.

Past two games have been poor, but fuck me, it’s far too early to be panicking the way some people are.

Your always going to get an overreaction after a loss especially right after the game. It's always happened on RM. 

We just need to hope that kick in the balls today get the team back on track. Win on Tuesday badly needed.

I don't get threads like this. We are Rangers and have just lost two games to start the season. It is only natural for supporters to express their discontent and point fingers. For the most part, people are just expressing their opinions and what needs to be done going forward. After all, it is a football forum.

Yeah, you are right about those posts but over all, they are a minority.

We’ve lost two games on spin to teams who’ve outworked and outfought us. No Rangers fan should accept that.

Throw in team selections and piss poor individual  performances and fans are right to be disappointed and critical.

Your right about stuff like that. But it's a forum going to get people going mad.

For me it's back to back poor games and we need a big upturn quickly. We can't perform like that again in our next game and get through.

Completely get that some may be over the top with reactions, especially just after the game

However it doesn't take away from the fact we've just lost 2 games in a row, both against poor teams who simply out worked us. If we'd been unlucky, like times gone by where we'd have 30 shots with 15 on target and still lose 1-0 then fair enough but it's not been anything like that the past 2 games.

Nothing tactical in either of the defeats, nothing that Gerrard and co could maybe tweak or change, simply the teams wanted it more than our players and deserved their wins, that's more worrying for me than anything else. The worry is has the fire went out in the players who put everything into last season, got 55 & now have nothing really to prove in terms of the league?

Aye but that doesn't win u staunch points tho being critical. Unfortunately ATM we look like the shitebag of a team from 2 and 3 years ago when the pressure was in we absolutely shat it. The team now need to come out prove that's not the case. How many if us have 100% genuine faith after the last 2 performances that we will be able to do that against a stubborn hard working but very limited team .
