Just watched this video and the one thing that stands out is just how nice a fella Gerrard is.
It also shows the level of professionalism he is undoubtably bringing from Liverpool.

One of the best things, but also one of the most frustrating things is the professionalism that he has brought. It was alarming how we had lost that from our whole operation, and how quickly we seemed to lose it. One thing is for sure, a club like ours needs winners, we cannot take second best at any level.  

Their first was a decent move and a good finish. The second was a 'not coping with the long through ball' fuck up with GK out of position - but it was McCrorie in goal at that point not Fod.

Great to hear the wee man speak like this. Can only bode well for us trying to get him in the summer, if that's what he wants!

But in fairness how many goals have we scored with Candeias providing a ball for Tav to make the assist? sometimes he creates the space or sends Tav away to create!!

Somebody like Windass, who fits that description perfectly but was constantly chastised by people for being lazy and a shitebag? Surely giving 100% is the bare minimum we should expect?

Just cause I feel like it. Not going to get 20 goals or even 10 goals a season and not the best player we'll ever have at the club but the only thing you can possibly ask for from any Rangers player is that they give 100% out on the pitch and Candeias goes above and beyond in that regard. A consistent 7/10 player every match and he wins us a shit tonne of goals from nothing other than his shear determination to chase every ball. This video sums him up perfectly: 
He's not a stick on in my mind for a starting XI spot in future recruitment drives but nevertheless he's been a great servant for us and can hold his head high, and at least for now fully deserves a place in our team
