The Milan team with Baresi, Tassoti, Costacurta and Maldini were the pinnacle of brilliant talented defenders and masters of the dark arts. I miss that stuff. I love that talent as much as goalscoring.

This whole DOF thing is a load of nonsense.
This isn't the time to be fannying about with changes in structures and implementing new 'modern' ideas so we can hope it pays off three or five years down the line.
We are crying out for an experienced manager who can steady the ship, make us hard to beat and make us competitive because he actually knows what the fuck he's doing.
To me the bench mark for Rangers managers is Walter Smith and the thing I keep asking myself is would he be told what to do by some kid working from a laptop.
